**AI/ML & Kafka
Location: Open (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite based on project)

About the Role**
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems. If you have academic projects, internships, or hands‑on practice with AI/ML models, Python, Kafka, or data pipelines, this is a great opportunity to start your career with real-world enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and training AI/ML models
- Support data engineering workflows and real-time data streaming using Kafka
- Work with senior engineers to develop scalable solutions
- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing ML pipelines
- Document processes, experiments, and model performance
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, etc.)
- Good programming skills in Python
- Basic knowledge of Kafka or any messaging/streaming platform
- Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Nice-to-Have
- Academic or personal projects in AI/ML
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of data pipelines or microservices
