Role overview

We're looking for a Computer Vision & Spatial Tracking Engineer for an internship position to develop real-time perception systems for advanced AR applications.

You'll work on spatial algorithms that enable machines to understand and interact with the physical world — combining geometry, machine learning, and multi-sensor fusion.

Strong fundamentals and practical thinking matter more than publications.

Responsibilities

  • Build computer vision algorithms for:
  • - Object detection & tracking
  • - Pose estimation
  • - 3D mapping & localization
  • Develop SLAM and Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO) concepts
  • Implement multi-sensor fusion (IMU, LiDAR, depth, camera)
  • Optimize systems for real-time performance
  • Integrate perception pipelines into production AR systems
  • Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of image processing and 3D geometry
  • Experience with Python and/or C++
  • OpenCV + PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with SLAM, pose estimation, and sensor fusion (Kalman/EKF preferred)

Preferred qualifications

  • AR/VR, robotics, or autonomous systems experience
  • IMU or LiDAR integration
  • Real-time or embedded optimization
  • ROS
  • Work on applied spatial AI in industrial environments
  • Build production systems that ship
  • Small team, real ownership, strong growth potential

  • C++ development?: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Python programming: 2 years (Preferred)
  • computer vision (e.g., OpenCV): 1 year (Preferred)
  • machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow): 1 year (Preferred)
