Role overview
- Develop, test, and monitor machine learning models for transaction classification and loan approval.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and scalable solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including test-driven development and version control.
- Support hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, GCP, or transactional/customer-level data
- Knowledge of Consumer Lending or credit processes
- Strong software engineering skills
About the company
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field
- Experience with Python (pandas/polars), Spark, SQL, OOP, and model development & monitoring
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to communicate complex analyses clearly
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Dutch
