T Hub Poland** is a dynamic, forward-thinking division in T-Mobile Poland, where technology matters! It’s a place where best talents converge to ideate, prototype, and implement cutting-edge solutions in international projects held in Deutsche Telekom Group.
The PFAU application supports the end-to-end management of Telekom’s subsidized fiber optic expansion program. The platform covers key business processes, including offer and quotation management, contract handling, subsidy settlement, and invoice processing.
Currently, PFAU is undergoing an extensive phase of further development and scaling. To accelerate delivery of new features, additional teams are being established and working in parallel with existing teams. This setup requires strong collaboration and effective coordination across shared application components.
A key strategic focus of the project is the integration and development of AI-driven functionalities within the platform. Therefore, hands-on experience with AI integration and modern AI frameworks is considered a significant advantage.
The majority of development efforts are focused on building new features and driving innovation, with only a limited share of activities related to bug fixing and legacy system migration
What tasks await you?
- Develop and enhance backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
- Design and implement AI-supported functionalities within the PFAU application
- Integrate AI models and external AI APIs into enterprise software solutions
- Work with Python-based AI and data processing frameworks
- Collaborate with existing agile development teams in a SAFe environment
- Support the build-up of AI know-how and best practices within the nearshore team
- Ensure maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software architecture
- Coordinate development activities across parallel teams working on shared components
- Participate in CI/CD and DevOps-related activities where required
What skills will be appreciated?
Backend & Software Development
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Java
- Proficiency in Spring Boot framework
- Experience with JavaScript (TypeScript)
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with GitLab and **Jira
AI & Data Engineering**
- Experience in training, integrating, and deploying AI models within software solutions
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas
- Experience working with Jupyter Notebooks and Matplotlib
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Practical knowledge of OpenAI APIs
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering principles
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Frontend experience with Vue.js
- Familiarity with Open Telekom Cloud
- Experience with Kubernetes and Kafka
Additional Requirements
- Experience working in agile environments (preferably SAFe)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in distributed teams
- Interest in modern AI technologies and **enterprise AI integration
