Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• check_circle build and maintain AI-powered applications, backend services, and APIs,
• check_circle develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and modern AI tooling,
• check_circle design workflows involving prompt engineering, context management, tool calling, memory, and structured outputs,
• check_circle integrate AI capabilities into business processes, engineering workflows, and internal platforms,
• check_circle improve reliability, scalability, observability, and performance of AI systems,
• check_circle implement testing, evaluation, monitoring, and safety mechanisms for production AI applications,
• check_circle collaborate with engineers, product teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions,

• check_circle continuously improve systems through experimentation, optimisation, and adoption of new AI technologies.

Basic qualifications

• strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems,
• good programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python or Kotlin,
• experience working with APIs, backend services, cloud platforms, or distributed systems,
• interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, especially LLM-based applications,
• familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search, or agentic workflows,
• experience with modern engineering tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or Infrastructure as Code,
• ability to work in a collaborative and fast-moving environment,
• problem-solving mindset with focus on practical and maintainable solutions.
