- check_circle Act as a technical and professional role model
- check_circle Work closely with external O9 Data Science consultants on backend changes
- check_circle Support implementation and adoption of O9 as the demand planning system
- check_circle Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for planning teams
- check_circle Partner with demand planning stakeholders across all business units
- check_circle 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
- check_circle Strong Python skills
- check_circle Proven experience leading Data Scientists or Data Analysts
- check_circle Solid background in predictive modeling and forecasting
- check_circle Experience with machine learning and statistical models
- check_circle Ability to mentor and develop analytics talent
- check_circle SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have)
- check_circle Experience in supply chain analytics or time‑series forecasting (preferred)
