- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace is essential, alongside a strong grasp of model optimisation tools like ONNX or TensorRT
- Additionally, the position requires a commitment to ethical AI principles and interpretability using SHAP or LIME, ensuring all solutions are scalable, high-performing, and rigorously validated through A/B testing
