Responsibilities
- check_circle Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple enterprise data sources using Python and SQL
- check_circle Develop and maintain Army Vantage and Power BI dashboards used by leadership
- check_circle Perform data analysis and deliver actionable insights and reports
- check_circle Support adhoc data requests from stakeholders and leadership
- check_circle Build automation scripts and data pipelines to streamline workflows
- check_circle Automate business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools
- check_circle Ensure compliance with DoD data governance and security standards
- check_circle Provide user support, training, and documentation
Basic qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or related field supporting enterprise or government environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Army Vantage and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience working with multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs
- Experience with Army Vantage
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps)
- Experience with data automation, ETL, or workflow optimization
