AI Engineer Intern, GigaAcademy Kosovo Program

Responsibilities

• check_circle Build strong AI foundations using Python, including NumPy and Pandas
• check_circle Learn and apply SQL for data extraction, preparation, and analysis to support ML/LLM workflows
• check_circle Strengthen ML/DL fundamentals, including neural networks, model training, optimization, and evaluation
• check_circle Develop and train models using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• check_circle Build LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraph, including RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and agent/workflow orchestration
• check_circle Work with embeddings and vector databases, and integrate LLMs into API-based services with monitoring and guardrails
• check_circle Apply learning through hands-on exercises, simulations, and enterprise-inspired projects
• check_circle Collaborate within structured team environments aligned with enterprise engineering standards
• check_circle Participate in daily technical sessions, labs, and performance assessments

Basic qualifications

• Third-year university student or above, recent graduate, or professional transitioning into technology
• Foundational knowledge of:
• Python programming
• Basic machine learning concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High motivation to learn AI, cloud technologies, and engineering principles
• Full-time availability for the 4-month intensive program
• Ability to participate in daily training sessions and assessments
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
