Role overview
- check_circle Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.
- check_circle Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks.
- check_circle Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
- check_circle Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources.
- check_circle Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.
- check_circle Proven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture.
- check_circle Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs.
