check_circle Design embedding and indexing strategies for conversation-derived content
check_circle Build and optimize relevance ranking for memory retrieval
check_circle Build LLM-based memory capabilities: conversation summarization, cross-session context retrieval, and persistent user preference extraction
check_circle Instrument pipelines for observability, tracing, and quality monitoring
check_circle Collaborate with evaluation engineers on quality measurement and improvement
check_circle 3+ years of experience building production Python systems
check_circle Experience with LLM applications: agent orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, or similar
check_circle Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
check_circle Understanding of LLM reasoning patterns and common failure modes
check_circle Proficiency with modern Python web frameworks
