Responsibilities
- check_circle Design and implement ML models for interview analysis and candidate assessment
- check_circle Develop NLP systems for conversation understanding and sentiment analysis
- check_circle Build and optimize speech-to-text and speech analysis pipelines
- check_circle Collaborate with research scientists to productionize new AI capabilities
- check_circle Train and fine-tune large language models for interview-specific tasks
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP, speech processing, or conversational AI
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices and model deployment
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
