We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with strong technical expertise in AI concepts such as LLM’s, embeddings, overfitting and RAGs as well as the ability to apply them in practical work. Additionally, we value team members who communicate clearly, are eager to share their knowledge and who enjoys enabling colleagues to start working with AI on their own. Responsibilities
- check_circle Translating business needs into actionable requirements for AI solutions
- check_circle Develop AI prototypes in collaboration with colleagues
- check_circle Deploy AI solutions into production within our technical environment
- check_circle Communicate the value of AI and data-driven approaches across the company
- check_circle Guide and support colleagues in using our AI services effectively
- check_circle Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- check_circle Preferably a few years of relevant work experience outside academia
- check_circle A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- check_circle Clear and professional English language skills in both writing and conversation
- check_circle Proficient in Python, MLOps, Prompting, RAG and Classic ML
- check_circle Strong coding skills and technical experience
- check_circle Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI development environments, such as Microsoft Azure and Databricks Knowledge of Agents, skills, and vibecoding
