Responsibilities
- check_circle Design and build GenAI agent systems end-to-end
- check_circle Prototype fast (working PoCs in hours)
- check_circle Build lightweight UIs when needed
- check_circle Integrate with APIs, events, and developer tools
- check_circle Improve agent performance, UX, and reliability
- check_circle Collaborate on architecture with PMs and engineers
- check_circle Focus on user value and avoid over-engineering
Basic qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (comfortable across languages)
- Hands-on GenAI/agent development experience (not dependent on high-level SDKs)
- Rapid builder mindset (ship localhost apps fast)
- Product sense and UX thinking
Preferred qualifications
- MCP / skills frameworks
- Cloud fundamentals
- DevOps platform integrations
- Open-source agent frameworks
- Strong GitHub side projects
