Basic qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of direct experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP solutions in a production environment (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Mistral or similar)
• Experience building LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, summarization, classification, and document extraction.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in BFSI domain.
• Exposure to LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and model explainability (SHAP, LIME).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery. Azure ML Studio, Databricks, or Snowflake experience.
