Responsibilities

check_circle Analyze and model large, multi-modal patient datasets to generate insights on patient journeys and unmet needs.
check_circle Work hand-in-hand with the Chief AI Officer to develop, validate, and scale algorithms for our Patient Journey Analytics Platform.
check_circle Collaborate with engineers and product managers to turn data insights into user-facing features for our B2B SaaS tool.
check_circle Design and implement pipelines for data cleaning, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
check_circle Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping how life science companies make decisions.
check_circle Stay up to date with state-of-the-art methods in ML/AI and bring new ideas into our production stack.

3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist (preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or related fields).
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, or similar ML libraries).
Strong skills in SQL and experience working with structured/unstructured data.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
Ability to work independently on complex problems while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Full fluency in English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience with real-world health data (e.g., patient-reported outcomes, claims, EHR).
