• check_circle 3+ years in software engineering with strong experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• check_circle Strong, hands-on experience with scalable microservice architectures, including Kubernetes, Docker, and API gateways.
• check_circle Practical experience working with hybrid database solutions for AI, including vector, graph, and relational databases.
• check_circle Strong Python skills and practical experience applying AI/ML frameworks for tasks like text-splitting and embedding.
• check_circle Experience building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and agentic workflows.
• check_circle Familiarity with identity and access management solutions and their integration.
• check_circle Solid experience with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and performance monitoring.
• check_circle Experience with key parts of the LLM lifecycle, such as fine-tuning and deployment.
• check_circle Degree in Computer Science or a related technical/quantitative field.
• check_circle Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a technical team.
• check_circle 3+ years of hands-on experience in a software or AI engineering role.
• check_circle Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining complex software applications.
• check_circle Strong attention to detail in technical work
• check_circle Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• check_circle Excellent communication and collaboration within technical teams
• check_circle Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
