Role overview
- check_circle Four-year degree in a quantitative field (computer science, math, physics, statistics, etc).
- check_circle 3+ years of experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms (startup experience highly preferred).
- check_circle Strong proficiency with Python.
- check_circle Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, JAX, Keras.
- check_circle Comfortable working with various data science and data engineering tools such as scikit-learn, pandas, Spark, AWS Sagemaker, PostgreSQL etc.
- check_circle Deep experience working with GPUs/TPUs
- check_circle Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their various services (AWS EC2, S3, Athena, Kinesis, Lambda, Kafka and/or Google Cloud Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, BigTable, etc).
- check_circle Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- check_circle Comfortable working in highly collaborative environments.
- check_circle Excellent problem solving skills.
- check_circle Experience in the life sciences is not required, but you must be interested and able to learn molecular and structural biology concepts quickly.
