Role overview
This is a delivery‑focused contract role, ideal for an ML Engineer who enjoys turning models into scalable, high‑quality software. You'll work closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to productionise AI models used in wind‑turbine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, build and maintain production ML services and APIs
- check_circle Implement model inference pipelines and optimise performance
- check_circle Develop robust data and feature pipelines integrating cloud data sources
- check_circle Write clean, testable, well‑documented code following modern software‑engineering practices
- check_circle Containerise and deploy ML solutions using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- check_circle Support model deployment, monitoring and performance evaluation in live environments
About the company
- check_circle 3+ years' experience in ML Engineering or applied ML
- check_circle Strong commercial experience with Python and C# /.NET
- check_circle Experience deploying ML models into production environments
- check_circle Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Databricks preferred)
- check_circle Confident working end‑to‑end — from prototype to live system
