Role overview
We're looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML systems that power real-world products. You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering — taking models from prototype to production.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Design and deploy LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
- check_circle Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for domain-specific use cases
- check_circle Build and maintain ML infrastructure (training, inference, monitoring)
- check_circle Collaborate with product and data teams to ship AI features
- check_circle Optimize model performance, latency, and cost at scale
- check_circle Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years in software/ML engineering
- Strong Python skills; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, experiment tracking)
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with multimodal models (vision, audio)
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or model serving tools (Triton, vLLM)
