AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for conversational AI.
• Lead the development of scalable pipelines for data ingestion, training, and real-time deployment, ensuring seamless integration into the existing tech stack
• Optimize and fine-tune language models using specific datasets for enhanced accuracy and performance
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate conversational AI functionalities into the product
• Work on end-to-end deployment of models, including monitoring and evaluating performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI

• Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.

• Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, including prompt engineering, optimization, and integration into real-world applications

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks

• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps tools for scalable deployment, and open source LLM models
