Responsibilities
- check_circle Design, develop, and deploy AI models using machine learning, NLP, and computer vision to meet mission needs.
- check_circle Assess feasibility, viability, and costs of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- check_circle Support enterprise data architecture and governance to ensure data quality and interoperability.
- check_circle Advise on AI policies and compliance with U.S. Government standards.
- check_circle Recommend integration strategies for AI within existing IT frameworks, tailored to Agile methodologies.
- check_circle Support project management, including selecting development methodologies and coordinating meetings.
- check_circle Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable language for diverse stakeholders.

Basic qualifications
- Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or High School diploma with 12 years of relevant experience in AI, data science, or program management.
- Proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with enterprise data governance and policy development.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government AI standards and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Preferred qualifications
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Data Engineer).
- Experience developing AI solutions for federal or intelligence community missions.
- Knowledge of federal data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Background working with multi-disciplinary government or IC teams.
