Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Architect, design, and deployment-to-end ML systems on Google Cloud at scale
• check_circle Lead development of data pipelines, feature engineering frameworks, and MLOps workflows
• check_circle Strong experience of ML libraries and applications e.g., Time series analysis, Neural Net, SVMs, boosting methods and implementation using Python
• check_circle Experience with Computer Vision / Vision models (shelf analytics, product recognition, OCR, etc.)
• check_circle Experience in Deep Learning Techniques.
• check_circle Translate ambiguous business problems into data science solutions and measurable KPIs
• check_circle Proficient in Data fetch, data merge, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• check_circle Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to influence strategy using data-driven insights
• check_circle Implement robust MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, automated retraining, observability)
• check_circle Building predictive models and segmentations to create better customer experience.
• check_circle Evaluate and implement optimal solution designs by assessing alternative workflows, architectures, and process improvements to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• check_circle Establish appropriate governance and controls by identifying risks and issues, and developing improved procedures, policies, and best practices.
• check_circle Develop, document, and maintain system protocols, operating procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and maintainability.
• check_circle Support end users and stakeholders by creating and maintaining technical and user documentation, providing training, and offering operational support as required.

• check_circle Safeguard sensitive data and maintain user trust by adhering to confidentiality, security, and compliance standards.

• check_circle Excellent problem solving, Critical and Analytical thinking skills and hands on coding skills
• check_circle Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• check_circle Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform
• check_circle Advanced proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• check_circle Experience designing scalable ML architectures and distributed data systems
• check_circle Proven retail industry experience (mandatory)
• check_circle Experience building real-time and batch ML solutions
• check_circle Strong background in statistics, experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation
• check_circle Ability to independently drive projects from concept to production
• check_circle Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Good to Have
