Senior AI Engineer
Responsibilities
- check_circle Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and automation frameworks.
- check_circle Build and maintain vector search pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
- check_circle Integrate AI capabilities into internal tools and business workflows.
- check_circle Develop APIs and backend services that expose AI functionality to other systems.
- check_circle Evaluate and select appropriate models, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
- check_circle Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Basic qualifications
- Strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.).
- Experience with APIs and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with document processing or OCR systems.
- Familiarity with React / TypeScript / Next.js for building internal AI tools.
- Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with Claude Code or AI-assisted development tools.
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic data querying (SQL).

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. The role is focused on building AI-powered solutions that enhance business workflows, automate internal processes, and extend the value of our data infrastructure. You will design and implement LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI tools - working closely with business teams to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions.
