Join our Connectivity Solutions Team and help shape the next generation of Smart Home and Internet of Things (IoT) services, powered by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

You will be part of the Data Science team within Connectivity R&D, working with data generated by IoT devices including boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, thermostats, and more, supporting the entire product lifecycle—from product design and testing to daily customer usage, enabling energy and comfort optimization as well as predictive maintenance.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/GenAI algorithms to improve customer comfort by learning from user habits, detect and predict product failures (predictive maintenance), reduce energy consumption and customer energy costs and support internal departments in product design, testing, and after-sales quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product R&D to design new features
  • Monitor and manage algorithms running in production
  • Perform data analytics and KPI extraction for internal stakeholders
  • Support project management activities
  • Explore new AI and Data Science technologies

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science / Artificial Intelligence, Electronic or Automation Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in technology and engineering
  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with Data Science Python libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas) is appreciated
  • Knowledge of C/C++ and embedded firmware development is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
