Responsibilities
- check_circle Lead and manage complex engineering projects in a SaaS environment.
- check_circle Guide cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- check_circle Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring, and skill development within the engineering team.
- check_circle Make strategic decisions aligning technology with business goals, including scaling SaaS and market expansion.
- check_circle Lead research and development of applying foundation models to various real world customer problems.
- check_circle Design, build, deliver, and maintain complex backend systems and integrations that store millions of records, offer consistent query performance
- check_circle 8+ years in engineering, with 2-3 years in leadership.
- check_circle Experience in SaaS B2B applications and business models.
- check_circle Expertise in AI, machine learning, including NLP and deep learning frameworks.
- check_circle Knowledge of foundation and multi-modal models.
- check_circle Skilled in cloud computing and data processing technologies.
- check_circle Preferable experience in retail software solutions.
- check_circle Leadership experience in diverse, multicultural startup environments.
- check_circle Strategic, continuously learning, tech-savvy.
- check_circle Preferred experience in organizational and technical change.
