Data is at the core of Binance’s mission to serve tens of millions of crypto-currency users. Data Analysts across the company perform impactful analysis to identify trends, and make strategic and important decisions that impact an active and rapidly growing user base.

Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with marketing and affiliate teams to collect, process, and analyze referral and affiliate program data, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
    • Analyze and interpret large volumes of marketing and transactional data related to affiliate performance, customer acquisition, and referral conversions using advanced data tools and platforms.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within affiliate data to recommend strategic improvements, optimizations and opportunities that drive growth and enhance program effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate affiliate program performance and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate experiments aimed at improving affiliate marketing strategies and ROI.
    • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for both operational teams and senior management to support data-driven decision making.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing analytics to continuously enhance analytical methodologies and tools.
    • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where timely insights and rapid execution are critical to maintaining competitive advantage.

Requirements:

    • Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
    • 5-7 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role
    • Experience in business consulting settings is preferred
    • A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

    • Competency in two or more of the following:
    • An analytical software (e.g. R, SAS)
    • A data visualisation tool (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI,)
    • A relational or graph database management tool (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J)
    • Programming. (e.g. VBA, C++, Java, Python)
