Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks, along with strong programming expertise.

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Employment Type: W2 Only

Work Authorization: USC / GC / GC-EAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously
  • Build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI technologies
  • Develop prototypes, PoCs, and scalable AI applications
  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external tools
  • Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
  • Optimize prompts and workflows for performance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building multi-agent systems
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to real-world AI product deployments

Experience:

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ year of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
