We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in machine learning and agentic AI to join projects in the fields of multi-agentic platforms for industry. If you’re passionate about applying AI-driven solutions to real-world challenges and want to contribute to innovative R&D work, this is the place for you.

Key information:

Salary:

  • 16 000 – 20 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
  • 14 000 – 17 500 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

  • problem-solving mindset;
  • can-do attitude;
  • experience in the implementation of commercial projects;
  • ability to discuss and propose the most efficient solution;
  • good overview of the state-of-the-art in ML models;
  • well-grounded technical knowledge from NLP;
  • willingness to share knowledge with adequate knowledge transfer skills;
  • great teamwork abilities with a ‘hands-on’ approach;
  • passion for supporting team members in their career growth;
  • drive to learn new technologies;
  • hands-on experience with RAG and building AI agents;
  • knowledge of English (min. B2).

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  • implementing AI agents and tests for these agents, with evaluating the agents’ performance;
  • building tools for agents, writing tests for the tools;
  • integrating agents within a multi-agentic ecosystem;
  • working on the Python codebase development;
  • integrating agents with external tools and services.
