We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer to join our team and support the development of AI solutions.
Project overview:
Our client, a leader in innovative IT solutions for over 10 years, has developed a globally recognized low-code platform that is fast, easy to use, and highly reliable. This platform is uniquely integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, enabling users to design business apps in hours and effortlessly package and publish workflows, forms, lists, libraries, permissions, and content.
Technologies on the project:
- .NET, SharePoint, Office365, SPFx.
Methodology:
- Scrum.
Team:
- 5 Developers, 2 QAs (on our side);
- PO, Developers (on the client’s side).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in AI/Machine Learning development;
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models;
- Strong programming skills (preferably Python);
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LLMs, NLP, automation, predictive modeling, etc.);
- Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team;
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think beyond standard solutions;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s AI initiatives;
- Identify and suggest practical AI use cases to improve processes and business efficiency;
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions under guidance where needed;
- Integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows;
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions;
- Monitor model performance and support continuous improvement of deployed solutions;
- Stay up to date with modern AI tools and best practices.
