Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
• check_circle Build advanced <strong>AI Agents and Agentic AI applications</strong>.
• check_circle Develop multi-agent and multi-step AI workflows.
• check_circle Integrate LLM APIs including <strong>OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude</strong>, and other AI providers.
• check_circle Develop scalable backend services and APIs using <strong>Node.js</strong>.
• check_circle Build and implement <strong>RAG – Retrieval-Augmented Generation</strong> systems.
• check_circle Develop AI workflows using prompt engineering, memory, retrieval, tools, function calling, and orchestration.
• check_circle Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, databases, CRMs, APIs, websites, applications, and third-party platforms.
• check_circle Design scalable and production-ready AI architecture.
• check_circle Develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions.
• check_circle Work on <strong>Voice AI and AI calling systems</strong> where required.
• check_circle Integrate multiple AI models and providers into a unified platform.
• check_circle Develop intelligent automation workflows for business processes.
• check_circle Implement vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI knowledge-base systems.
• check_circle Optimize prompts, models, workflows, API usage, latency, accuracy, and overall system performance.
• check_circle Monitor and troubleshoot AI applications in production environments.
• check_circle Implement proper error handling, logging, monitoring, security, and scalability.
• check_circle Research and evaluate new AI models, APIs, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• check_circle Convert business requirements into practical AI-powered products and solutions.
• check_circle Collaborate with developers, product teams, and management to successfully deliver AI projects.
• check_circle Maintain proper technical documentation for AI systems, APIs, workflows, and integrations.

Basic qualifications

• <strong>Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience</strong> in AI engineering, software engineering, backend development, or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on professional experience with <strong>Node.js</strong>.
• Practical experience developing and deploying AI-powered applications.
• Experience building <strong>AI Agents / Agentic AI systems</strong>.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs.
• Experience working with <strong>OpenAI API</strong>.
• Experience with <strong>Google Gemini API</strong>.
• Experience with <strong>Anthropic Claude API</strong> or similar LLM providers.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Experience developing production-ready software applications.
