Role overview
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.
- Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks.
- Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.
- Proven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture.
- Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs.
- You’re a strong coder who writes clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- You’re excited by the idea of using AI to solve real customer problems and improve product experiences.
