AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• check_circle Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models.
• check_circle Build recommendation engines and AI-powered financial assistants.
• check_circle Develop Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM-based features.
• check_circle Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• check_circle Develop AI services and REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
• check_circle Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models in production.
• check_circle Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• check_circle Support MLOps workflows and cloud-based deployments.
• check_circle Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• check_circle 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• check_circle Strong Python programming skills.
• check_circle Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar AI frameworks.
• check_circle Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial analytics.
