Role overview

Responsibilities

• check_circle Designs, develops, and implements automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency
• check_circle Translates strategic business needs into scalable agent-driven automation by orchestrating APIs, triggers, large language model (LLM) functions, and data workflows
• check_circle Rapidly prototypes and refines automation designs by leveraging natural language interfaces and visual workflow modeling tools
• check_circle Assumes full accountability for automation initiatives, managing solutions end-to-end from concept through deployment to ensure measurable business outcomes
• check_circle Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and anticipate upstream and downstream implications of automation, ensuring alignment with company priorities

Basic qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Up to 25% travel
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a technical discipline
• Experience in enterprise-scale automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, and AI-driven workflow design
• Experience in solution performance measurement, optimization, and re-architecture at scale
• Background in enterprise transformation, process redesign, or systems integration
• Expertise in leading change management initiatives and driving technology adoption across large organizations
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative delivery models
