Responsibilities

  • Diseñar y liderar el ciclo de vida completo de pipelines de AI/ML avanzados, asegurando arquitecturas robustas, escalables y eficientes.
  • Desplegar y optimizar Modelos de Lenguaje de Gran Escala (LLMs) para resolver problemas complejos de negocio de impacto real.
  • Construir puentes (MLOps): Implementar y automatizar flujos de trabajo eficientes para la puesta en producción y monitoreo de modelos de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Colaborar e inspirar: Trabajar mano a mano con un equipo multidisciplinario de alto rendimiento, aportando visión técnica y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

Basic qualifications

  • Experiencia: Alrededor de 7 años de trayectoria en el sector tecnológico, con un fuerte enfoque en ingeniería de datos y Machine Learning.
  • Core: Dominio absoluto de Python y diseño de AI/ML pipelines.
  • Ecosistema Cloud: Experiencia sólida en arquitecturas en la nube utilizando AWS (valorado especialmente SageMaker), Azure, o GCP.
  • IA Moderna: Experiencia práctica trabajando e integrando LLMs.
  • Cultura MLOps: Manejo de herramientas de orquestación y ciclo de vida como MLflow o Kubeflow.
  • Infraestructura y Contenedores: Sólidos conocimientos en Kubernetes y Docker para entornos productivos.
  • Idiomas: Fluidez total en Español e Inglés Avanzado (C1) para conectar con entornos globales.
