Position: AI Engineer

Overview:
We at Magure Tech Middle East Ltd are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer who not only excels in building intelligent systems but also owns the complete lifecycle from development to deployment. You’ll be part of a cutting-edge team working on AI-driven solutions, real-time data pipelines, and scalable ML products that make real business impact. We are looking for someone who is not just comfortable with writing models but is also proficient in production-level deployment, versioning, MLOps, and problem-solving through DSA.
**Roles & Responsibilities:
Development & Model Engineering:**
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for various domains.
- Use techniques such as regression, classification, NLP, deep learning, and RAG (retrieval augmented generation).
- Implement data structures and algorithmic approaches to optimize model performance.
Deployment & MLOps:
- Deploy ML models on cloud or containerized environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, Azure Container Apps, etc.).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Docker, MLflow, and Kubernetes for automated training and deployment.
- Manage model versioning, logging, rollback, and monitoring.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, OpenAI API, and LLMA 3.
- Use Azure-based tools like Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
Data Management:
- Automate data ingestion, validation (schema + drift checks), and preprocessing using Python and tools like Great Expectations.
- Handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from sources like MongoDB, SQL, PDFs, etc.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML solutions.
- Strong command of Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Sklearn).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Familiarity with modern/Traditional AI/LLM applications (e.g., RAG, LLM fine-tuning, chatbot systems).
- Experience in building microservices or model APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
