Role overview

We're looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML systems that power real-world products. You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering — taking models from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
  • Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for domain-specific use cases
  • Build and maintain ML infrastructure (training, inference, monitoring)
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to ship AI features
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost at scale
  • Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)

Basic qualifications

  • 3+ years in software/ML engineering
  • Strong Python skills; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, experiment tracking)
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with multimodal models (vision, audio)
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or model serving tools (Triton, vLLM)
