Our Technology Advisory team drives innovative projects every day, guiding companies through major technological changes. Current projects include applying large language models and generative AI in finance and energy sectors, as well as improving internal efficiency and accelerating workflows with AI tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) , including advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems.
  • Turn ideas into working prototypes and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from planning to delivery.
  • Apply the latest AI research to real-world challenges in industries like finance and energy.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify new use cases and deliver impactful solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in software development, with at least 2 year in AI systems (RAG or agent-based).
  • Strong Python knowledge, familiarity with databases (especially vector databases), and understanding of AI ecosystems.
  • Basic knowledge and use of multi-agent systems, guardrail solutions, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency .
