⭐ What We Expect From You (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will be a part-time pioneer, effectively managing the company's AI Agenda. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prototype Development: Developing rapid prototypes (MVPs) within short, multi-week cycles (sprints), using next-generation AI technologies to automate internal processes or directly add value to our games.
- Model Exploration: Continuously tracking all major new Large Language Models (LLM), image/video generation models (Generative AI), and related technologies, and presenting their potential to the teams.
- Training & Culture: Preparing and delivering educational content, tutorials, and knowledge sessions for all company teams, including Product, Data, Growth, and Finance, on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
- Strategic Partnership: Working closely, primarily with the Product and Data teams, to align AI opportunities with business objectives.

Key Skills We Are Looking For
- Python Expertise: Fluent knowledge of Python programming to develop prototypes and tools.
- Generative AI Passion: Deep knowledge and practical experience, particularly with LLMs, prompt engineering, multimodal AI, and current Generative AI libraries and APIs.
- Rapid Implementation: The ability to quickly translate ideas into code and a working product.
- Teaching Capability: The skill to convey complex technical topics clearly and engagingly to team members with varying levels of technical background.
