Responsibilities
- check_circle Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
- check_circle Build and evaluate machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
- check_circle Develop applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- check_circle Create prompts, evaluate model outputs, and improve AI application performance.
- check_circle Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI agents.
- check_circle Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model training and evaluation.
- check_circle Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- check_circle Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
- check_circle Document technical designs, experiments, and implementation approaches.
- check_circle Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI concepts.
- Experience developing projects using Python.
- Knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs and software development best practices.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Academic or personal projects involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or Generative AI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience using vector databases or embeddings.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data engineering concepts.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Internship or research experience in AI, machine learning, or software development.
- Passionate about AI and excited to continuously learn new technologies.
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to tackle new challenges.
- Self-starter who takes initiative while seeking feedback and mentorship.
