You'll be architecting and building the core product from the ground up.

What You'll Build:

  • A voice AI agent that answers calls 24/7 with near-human latency
  • *Possible Integration with ServiceTitan CRM to look up customers, check technician availability, and book jobs directly into dispatch boards. *Not mandatory
  • A system that handles high-stress emergency scenarios (burst pipes, no heat) with calm, reliable conversation flow
  • A feedback loop that improves the model based on real call transcripts

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years experience building conversational AI or voice agents in production
  • You're fluent in Python, Node.js, or similar and comfortable with modern AI/ML stacks
  • You've worked with speech-to-text (STT) models (Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Whisper) and understand challenges like noisy audio and custom vocabulary
  • You have experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct API integration with OpenAI/Anthropic)
  • You understand text-to-speech (TTS) and conversational flow—turn-taking, interruptions, endpointing
  • Bonus: You've worked with ServiceTitan API, Housecall Pro, or other home services CRM
  • Bonus: You've built on VoiceInfra, Vapi, Retell, or similar voice agent platforms
  • Bonus: You've handled real-time API integrations (Twilio, WebRTC, or similar)

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
