We are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Junior AI Engineer who can help extend our AI capability by designing and building agent based systems that will power the future of our AI programmes.

Responsibilities

  • help design, build and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate research, analysis and decision making across complex data and business processes
  • turn real organisational challenges into autonomous agents that can retrieve information, reason over context, integrate with systems and produce outputs that drive meaningful action
  • experiment with large language models
  • build retrieval and tool use workflows
  • engineer integrations
  • optimise agents for reliability, performance and accuracy
