Responsibilities

  • As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring they meet production-ready quality standards.
  • You will apply Generative AI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • Engaging with multiple teams, you will contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
  • Design and implement innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI models and systems for enhanced performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on best practices in AI development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to drive innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning is recommended.

Basic qualifications

  • 7+ years of total IT experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant skill experience in developing AI Agents and LLE modules
  • Strong proficiency in Python and associated libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn)
  • Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and SQL
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
