Andersen is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build scalable AI solutions for an enterprise digital platform, enhancing automation, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making across complex workflows.

The customer is a global technology company delivering enterprise digital platforms for automating complex operational, financial, and compliance workflows. Its solutions handle high data volumes, integrate with multiple external systems, and support mission-critical processes for international businesses, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and automation.

The project is focused on embedding AI-driven capabilities across a digital platform to improve operational efficiency, predictive insights, and decision-making. It involves designing and delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions while closely collaborating with product, backend, and data teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Converting manual processes to fully automated processes.
  • Partially automating processes when full automation is not achievable.
  • Helping improve efficiency for both the operations team and customers.
  • Reducing the amount of manual (especially repetitive) work mainly for the operations team.
  • Predicting answers to questions based on an existing historical knowledge base.
  • Predicting costs based on historical knowledge.
  • Chat bot style task automation.

Requirements

  • Experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role for 3+ years.
  • Experience with LLMs and building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM orchestration.
  • Knowledge of AI agent design patterns: reasoning, planning, tool use, and memory management.
  • Proven experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is the preference, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying AI models.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Programming experience in Java.
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals and MLOps practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong skills in Python application architecuture for production deployments, mono repos, uv, microservices, frameworks such as gunicorn & FastAPI.
  • Strong LLM/DevOps.
  • Strong skills in infrastructure as code specifically in Azure environment and BICEP.
  • Automated production grade deployments of AI/LLM models.
  • Production grade architecture of cloud-based solution.
