Mandatory onsite presence 3 days per week at our Woodland Hills, CA location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models for healthcare use cases.
  • Lead end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, data, and engineering teams to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (HIPAA, PHI).
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
  • Guide best practices for ML architecture, tooling, and MLOps.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong healthcare domain experience (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Woodland Hills, CA.
  • Must be local to Los Angeles or within commutable distance (no relocation).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
