Senior AI/ML EngineerCharlotte, NC (Onsite)IntePros is are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to work onsite in Charlotte, NC and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role will focus on large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to design and implement scalable AI/ML systems.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and NLP solutions, with a focus on LLMs.
Build and integrate APIs for AI/ML models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database solutions.
Apply LLM prompt engineering and evaluation techniques to improve model accuracy and usability.
Utilize MLOps practices for monitoring, deployment, and model lifecycle management.
Leverage tools such as LangSmith, LiteLLM, and LLM Guardrails to ensure robust and safe model deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.

Qualifications
6+ years of overall software engineering or data science experience, including 4+ years of direct work in AI/ML.
Strong proficiency in Python, with expertise in machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and text data analysis.
Hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including monitoring, evaluation, CI/CD, model versioning, and deployment.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Kubernetes and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
Experience deploying large-scale AI models in production.
Background in developing scalable systems in enterprise environments.
