Job Title: AI / ML Engineer (Agentic AI)
Client - Telecommunications
Engagement: Contract (OPEN FOR W2/C2C/1099)
Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid

Pay rate Range: $45/hr - $70/hr (negotiable based on experience & engagement type)

We are looking for an experienced AI / ML Engineer to design and build intelligent AI systems that can autonomously perform complex tasks using Large Language Models (LLMs). The engineer will develop multi-agent AI solutions, integrate them with cloud platforms, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.

This role requires strong experience with agentic AI frameworks, cloud AI services, and LLM evaluation techniques, along with hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI systems capable of performing automated decision-making tasks.
Develop multi-agent architectures where multiple AI agents collaborate to complete workflows.
Integrate OpenAI models and Azure AI services including Azure AI Search.
Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools for AI interactions.
Design and optimize prompts to improve AI responses.
Implement techniques to evaluate LLM outputs and reduce hallucinations.
Work with data platforms such as Snowflake or Cosmos DB.
Deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud environments.

Required Skills

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel / Microsoft Agent Framework)

Experience building multi-agent AI systems

Hands-on with OpenAI APIs and Azure AI services

Experience building MCP servers and AI tools

Strong Prompt Engineering experience
Experience with LLM evaluation and hallucination mitigation

Experience with Snowflake or Cosmos DB

Strong programming skills (Python preferred)

Preferred
Experience deploying AI solutions in production
