Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer / Scientist specializing in Healthcare and Clinical Documentation. The AI Scientist will develop and maintain advanced algorithms for document summarization, work with LLMs, neural networks, NLP and speech-to-text technologies. The role involves software development and implementation of innovative AI solutions to improve healthcare documentation processes. Daily tasks include designing, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical documentation efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in document summarization and clinical documentation
  • Strong skills working with speech-to-text technologies is highly preferred
  • Training LLMs on custom datasets especially in medical field
  • AI technical skills in document creation, summarization
  • Deploying LLMs in high-performance environments
  • Strong skills in API development
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
  • Skilled researcher wtith a passion to learn and innovate
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
  • Experience in the healthcare technologies is a plus
  • Research degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
