Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer / Scientist specializing in Healthcare and Clinical Documentation. The AI Scientist will develop and maintain advanced algorithms for document summarization, work with LLMs, neural networks, NLP and speech-to-text technologies. The role involves software development and implementation of innovative AI solutions to improve healthcare documentation processes. Daily tasks include designing, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical documentation efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in document summarization and clinical documentation
- Strong skills working with speech-to-text technologies is highly preferred
- Training LLMs on custom datasets especially in medical field
- AI technical skills in document creation, summarization
- Deploying LLMs in high-performance environments
- Strong skills in API development
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
- Skilled researcher wtith a passion to learn and innovate
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
- Experience in the healthcare technologies is a plus
- Research degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
