AI Solutions Specialist

The Role

As an AI Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our organization with the latest AI tools and technologies. You will engage with various departments to understand their unique challenges and recommend AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to turn abstract requirements into concrete optimizations.

Your responsibilities

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI tools and technologies.
• Conduct interviews with team members across different departments to identify their needs.
• Analyze requirements and recommend appropriate AI tools and solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of AI tools.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to integrate AI tools into existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools and recommend improvements.

• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of various AI applications and their practical uses in different business functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and interpret vague requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics (preferred).
• Huge plus for coding skills and knowledge of frameworks that wrap AI workflows such as fabric
• Experience with popular AI platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar (preferred).
• Project management skills (preferred).
