Responsabilità

  • Fine tuning di LLM open-source (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, ecc.)
  • Progettazione pipeline RAG (retrieval, chunking, embedding strategy)
  • Costruzione e gestione dataset verticali
  • Sviluppo e ottimizzazione di embedding e semantic search
  • Deploy e gestione del modello in ambienti Linux clusterizzati
  • Ottimizzazione performance (latenza, throughput, costi GPU)
  • Monitoraggio e manutenzione infrastrutturale

**Competenze tecniche richieste

AI / Machine Learning**

  • Esperienza con LLM open-source (LLaMA, Mistral o equivalenti)
  • Fine tuning supervisionato / instruction tuning
  • Implementazione RAG
  • Python avanzato
  • PyTorch
  • Framework come LangChain, LlamaIndex o simili
  • Vector DB (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone o simili)

Competenze sistemistiche

  • Ottima conoscenza di Linux (CLI avanzata, gestione processi, networking)
  • Gestione ambienti GPU on-prem o cloud
  • Containerizzazione (Docker)
  • Orchestrazione cluster (Kubernetes o equivalenti)
  • Esperienza su infrastrutture cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure o Exoscale/EXO)
